Sandra Abbott is a seasoned professional having retired from the federal government in 2020 where she served as as the Director of the Division of Compliance Systems and is currently the project manager for the ACE ITDS system. Ms. Abbott began working at the FDA in February of 2011 after spending 25 years at the Health Resources and Services Administration where she developed and implemented an enterprise wide project management system for HRSA, worked on the Affordable Care Act and served as the operations Director for the Division of Workforce and Performance Management within HRSA’s Bureau of Health Professions. She received her Baccalaureate Degree in Economics at the University of Maryland where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
